Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, delivering an excellent in-person and online experience
- Create and post engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Build your own personal brand to attract leads and drive traffic to the dealership
- Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely, professional manner
- Produce short-form videos, vehicle walkarounds, and promotional content
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist customers with completing relevant paperwork required for a successful sale
- Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays
Requirements:
- Conversational Spanish Required, Bilingual is a plus
- Education: High School required
- Able to use online advertisement channels (social media platforms)
- Proven experience in auto industry in sales, credit, or in finance (required 5 Years+)
- Strong customer service and negotiation expertise
- Working hours Monday-Saturday 9-7
