We are looking for strong Sales Managers. Must have 5 years Automotive Dealership experience.
Experience:
Motivation of salesman
Experienced at internet lead process
Knowledge of internet numbers and how to increase
Management of salesperson production and process
Ability to call with and behind salespeople
Ability to present numbers and close deals including selling products
Pay:
2.5% of variable Gross including stairsteps
Bonus on store objective for New, Used and Total Sales
$1000 90% objective (for new, for Used, and for Total)
$1500 95% objective (for new, for Used, and for Total)
$2500 100% objective (for new, for Used, and for Total)
Bonus on Aftermarket Sold
CSI bonus $2000 +/- Region Score
Pay: $180,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
