Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales teams and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage B2B sales, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and foster strong customer relationships within a dynamic automotive environment. Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals through coaching, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting B2B clients and new market segments
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer service and retention through effective account management strategies
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals that align with company objectives while maximizing profitability
- Analyze sales metrics regularly to assess performance, identify trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development within a B2B environment, preferably in technology or automotive sectors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce; proficiency in using analysis tools for data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated success in technical sales or complex product selling environments
- Ability to develop strategic marketing initiatives that align with business goals
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Pay: $150,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
