What You’ll Do
- Create an outstanding customer experience by explaining recommended repairs in clear, simple terms.
- Drive sales by consistently achieving and exceeding $20,000+ in weekly service sales with honest, needs‑based recommendations.
- Keep the energy high and the atmosphere positive for both customers and teammates.
- Stay organized with repair orders, documentation, and follow‑ups to keep the shop running smoothly.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or similar automotive sales role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and close sales without pressure tactics.
- Proven success in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and moving parts.
- Comfort with technology, including point‑of‑sale systems and basic Excel/Google Docs use.
- Solid automotive knowledge so you can confidently discuss parts, repairs, and services.
