What You'll Do

Respond promptly to incoming internet leads, website inquiries, emails, and phone calls.

Connect with prospective customers to understand their vehicle preferences, needs, and budgets.

Follow up consistently with leads to build relationships and schedule dealership appointments.

Help turn online inquiries into showroom visits and vehicle sales.

Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful customer experience throughout the initial buying process.

Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership's CRM system.

Work closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and support sales opportunities.

Manage multiple leads, stay organized, and follow up to maximize sales opportunities.

Represent Horne Motors Mesa with professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
