Automotive Sales Consultant

NS Autos Inc • Full-time • Manchester, Maryland, United States • $47k - $62k / year • 3w ago

NS Autos is a new, family-run independent used-car store at 4028 Hanover Pike in Manchester, MD, just north of Hampstead and Westminster. We buy at auction, recondition, and sell 15 to 25 vehicles a month priced below the local market with no hidden fees. Every car is priced to sell within 30 days, which means a steady flow of leads and no stale inventory to apologize for. We are hiring two sales consultants right away.

Pay: $500 per week base plus $300 to $400 commission for every vehicle you sell, paid when the deal funds. At our team target of 12 to 15 cars a month, expected earnings are about $47,000 to $62,000 a year; top performers earn more.

What you will do:

- Answer internet, phone and text leads within 15 minutes with a written out-the-door price

- Greet walk-ins, run test drives on dealer plates, and present vehicles honestly

- Book and confirm appointments by text; follow up until the customer buys or says no

- Write clean deals: buyer's order, credit application, trade appraisal hand-off, delivery

- Photograph and post vehicles when needed; keep the lot and showroom presentable

- Ask every buyer for a Google review at the keys

What we need:

- Valid driver's license and a clean enough record to drive dealer plates

- Able to obtain a Maryland MVA vehicle salesperson license (we sponsor the application; fingerprinting required)

- Phone-first: comfortable texting and calling all day, with good written English

- Sales or customer-service experience preferred; car experience is a plus, not required

- Reliable Saturdays

- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

What we offer:

- Paid training on products, financing and our systems (DealerCenter)

- MVA salesperson license application sponsored

- Employee pricing on vehicles

- Small team, direct access to the owner, and a path to finance or sales manager as the store grows

- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday; weekdays to 8pm. Sundays off (closed by law in Carroll County).

Apply through Indeed or email your resume to supportnsautos@gmail.com. Walk-ins welcome at 4028 Hanover Pike, Manchester, MD.
