As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase, while maintaining an organized sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and outbound sales efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable vehicles.
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate customer records.
Provide support throughout the sales process, including upselling additional features or services.
Collaborate with the dealership team to manage inventory control and ensure availability of vehicles.
Deliver presentations and conduct public speaking engagements as needed to promote dealership offerings.
Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitive pricing strategies.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in automobile or retail sales environments.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales effectively.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques is advantageous.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software for tracking purposes.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and control.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing and financing options.
