Duties
- Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline for used vehicles
- Help generate leads and traffic to the dealership through social media and other digital channels.
- Update website inventory
- Call and text online, phone and social media leads
- Contact current and previous customers to generate leads
- Take applications, show vehicles and help close sales
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, previous car sales experience not required
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Skilled in outbound sales tactics such as cold calling and marketing outreach to generate new leads
- Effective communication skill
What we offer
- Guaranteed $2500 monthly for the first 90 days
- Potential to earn $60,000 plus per year
- 5 day work week (Sunday & 1 additional day off during the week)
