Position Overview
As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing online leads, communicating with customers, and setting appointments for in-store vehicle demonstrations. This role is ideal for motivated professionals with prior automotive and sales experience who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet leads and phone inquiries
- Respond to emails and messages in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Assist customers with vehicle selection using strong automotive product knowledge
- Understand internet customer behavior and set quality sales appointments
- Guide customers to online and dealership product resources
- Route inquiries to appropriate departments when needed
- Maintain timely follow-up and accurate customer information
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and closing percentages
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications (Required)
- Previous automotive industry experience (required)
- Prior sales experience (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Ambitious, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
- Valid driver’s license
