Position Overview: Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the purchase journey of new and pre-owned vehicles, focusing on premium automotive brands and providing a luxury-level experience from greeting to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and guide clients through vehicle selection, product education, and test drives
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and performance capabilities
- Compare competitive models and assist customers in making informed decisions
- Maintain deep knowledge of all models, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Present and explain purchase and finance options, warranties, and service packages
- Prepare and complete accurate sales documentation and agreements
- Deliver vehicles while providing thorough orientation on features, warranty, and care
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores through exceptional follow-up
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- Prospect daily for new customers and follow up with previously sold clients
- Attend team meetings, sales training, and dealership events as required
- Uphold Park Place values in all interactions with customers, teammates, and vendors
Qualifications
- Prior experience selling luxury or exotic vehicles required
- Confidence to manage the entire sales process, from presentation to close
- Sales management experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, appearance, and customer service standards
- Ability to work in a process-driven, fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Tech-savvy and capable of learning dealership CRM and inventory systems
- Bilingual a plus
