We’re currently seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors who are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to be part of a high-performing service department that averages 30+ repair orders per day.
What You’ll Do:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department — helping customers understand their vehicle needs, guiding them through repairs, and making sure every visit ends with satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer promptly and professionally
- Accurately document customer concerns and repair needs
- Recommend diagnostic services and necessary repairs
- Communicate with technicians and monitor repair status
- Provide clear and honest service estimates
- Handle customer concerns tactfully and professionally
- Explain work performed and assist with final paperwork and payments
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Fixed First Visit (FFV) ratings above manufacturer standards
Requirements:
- 2+ years of automotive service writing experience required
- Dealership experience preferred (but not required)
- CDK experience is a plus
- Must have valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
