Job Overview
JN Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Service Consultant to join its Jaguar Land Rover service team. This role supports daily operations within a refined luxury automotive service environment by assisting guests, coordinating service processes, and ensuring a seamless and elevated service experience for our guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service & Communication
- Welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality.
- Obtain guest authorization for recommended repairs, and communicate vehicle status updates and repair progress.
- Handle phone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
Service Coordination & Administration
- Schedule service appointments and support estimate preparation.
- Document guest concerns and ensure accurate records.
- Maintain key control and service documentation.
- Assist with warranty approvals and service documentation.
Vehicle Operations & Lot Management
- Safely move, park in designated areas, and deliver guest vehicles.
Delivery & Payments
- Support seamless vehicle delivery and checkout experience.
- Process payments with accuracy and professionalism.
Standards & Support
- Uphold quality control standards and exceptional customer service.
- Perform all tasks in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a current driver’s license and an acceptable driving abstract.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
Hourly Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00, depending on experience.
